2019 is becoming a year of great growth for Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo , one of the major Italian law firms specialising in labour and trade union law for companies and agency contracts. In fact, the Firm announces the opening of a new office in Bologna led by lawyer Chiara Torino , who will become partner. The opening in Bologna follows from the beginning of the year in Brescia and the appointment of another 3 new members, the lawyers Flaminio Valseriati , Ornella Patané and Marco Sideri . This is in addition to the entrance of Rome office lawyers Maristella Coccia, Francesco Bartolotta, Maria Carmela Lampariello and Dr. Diego Paciello, Head of Tax, Welfare, Compensation & Benefits Area.
Today, Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo has 20 members and is present in 6 Italian cities - Milan, Naples, Rome, Bergamo, Brescia and Bologna. This is in addition of being one of the founding members of Ius Laboris, the largest worldwide Alliance of specialists in the law of work with 1,400 professionals and a presence in 55 countries and over 165 cities in the world.

Chiara Torino graduated with honors in law in Bologna and then specialised in labor law - attending the School of Higher Education in Labour Law and Social Security of AGI Italian Labor Lawyers - and intellectual property law and competition. The Turin lawyer will lead the Bologna office with her team formed by Annalisa Imperiale, Silvia Maccaferri and Marco Urso.
